It appears at the laquine ears may no longer be removable at or after the 5 minute mark. Codex: Appearance: Status Effect will show the ears but I've found no way to remove them even at the 5, 4, and 3 minutes remaining mark. Codex: Appearance: Accessories is not available and Codex: Appearance: anything does not appear to offer options for removing the ears.
