I am aware of a hotfix made recently as of this patch that was supposed to restore this button for post-Narc dungeon. apparently, it was too effective. I haven't even gotten Narc's crotch unit yet and I can suddenly discuss, after filling her with fluids at first chance, to be able to discuss a phallus she could suddenly grow? How can you grow a phallus if you don't even have a crotch unit, Narc?
