Game Version: 0.9.095-BACKER-ELECTRON#4794 Can't continue Tessa's mission

Having gone through literally the entirety of Zang Shi 24 times over while looking for Tessa, after saying "I'm In" I am now pretty damn sure that this is a bug that needs to be fixed, even more so when I don't seem to be the only one with this issue. And yes I checked everywhere at every damn time of day.

If I were to make an educated guess, the issue is that the hangar button doesn't show up in the hangar area or some such, but I honestly couldn't tell you since it's difficult to actually show screenshots of something that's literally not there and as such I have no idea if a hangar button is even supposed to show or not XD.

The room should say Treasure Nova’s lounge is a smokier part of the casino, muggy with the scent of sex.

For the button to appear, you must have her panties, have done the ZS probe, and be a backer. Let me know if that helps.

I am all of those things have all of those things, I have done the meeting at the rec level, but the button in the hangar never shows up afterward. I am also not the only one with this issue either.

What I have done with Tessa;

The Wedding, got Ending 7, so I have her Panties.
Unlocked EVERY scene available to Tessa in the New Idea area and done all variations on them for a female character.
The probe on Zeng Shi was done YEARS ago, so that's not an issue.
I am a backer and using the backer build, as can be seen by the code in the report.
Did the scene with Tessa and Ahsha on the Rec Level.

Issue:

No button to continue in the hangar, or anywhere else on Zeng Shi for that matter.

Same problem here. Did the convo at the casino, but after "I'm in" nothing at all shows up.

Very weird. I have not done this content myself, but adding her panties is enough to unlock the button and map icon on my machine:

edit: ahh, looking at the wrong button the entire time. Nice donk.

Progressed further and I do seem to get the later button:

edit: possibly Urbolg is interfering with this, share screenshots if you can. I'll share a possible fix with the team.

Here are the screenshots. No issues getting through the first part, but after selecting "I'm In" she never shows.






As you can see, stuck with no way forward. I am honestly at a loss of what is going on, as you'd think it should work properly.

That aside, if there is anything that might interfere, it might be the Easter Hopper, who's harassing me as if I have propositioned it, beside never ever going with it. It even shows up even WITH Easter content disabled. So that might be why, if there is an NPC that is interfering.

EDIT: Upon further testing, I noticed something interesting, take a look at this:



If you go through in ANY other order, you have to finish all the topics. It MIGHT be relevant. I honestly don't know. Any little bit helps, I guess?

The only requirement for the button to appear is that flags.TESSA_REVERIE_ACCEPT is set (well, and that you haven't already finished the quest.)

If you clicked "I'm in" then that is set. If anyone has a save to share from Urbolg's tile with the issue that would be great. I can see how there would have been an issue if Urbolg's button is disabled (he gets grumpy; fixed for future) but that's not the case in the above screenshot.

Here is the save I used which has this bug happen, it's inside the ship, Tessa has NOT been talked to on the rec deck yet, so you have to do that first, figured it would be better to have the entire thing happen so you can check the save for issues both before and after. All you have to do is go there and talk to Tessa, then return, and you should see the issue first hand.

Thank you for this! I was able to find a second bug with the button (a preg jumper has a 1 in 8 chance of showing a scene, but blocked the button every time with or without a scene). Next patch should fix both issues.

As I said earlier, The Easter Jumper shouldn't be triggering period I never interacted with her willingly, and she DOES show up even with Easter disabled, turns out I was right, it was screwing with the button XD.
