[Game Version: 0.9.001-PUBLIC#2068] Do the rewards from the Dhaal Party Event have the correct rarities?

While it seems like the Utopian Skies Dance Haven System might have the correct rarity of "Common" (Because it seems like all accessories have that rarity, even all versions of Tam-Wolf)

I'm questioning if the Chemaster Armor and the XTR-8 Peer should have the "Rare" rarity instead of the "Custom" rarity because they seem like pretty custom items and you recieve them personally as a gift.

Not all accessories are common, the Signet of Bravery accessory, for instance, has "Custom" as a rarity though it doesn't say so on its wiki page. So the USDHS might not have the correct rarity, after all.
