[Game Version: 0.69.420-PUBLIC#1814] Cannot Increase Crew Capacity

I wanted to increase the crew capacity for my Sidewinder, so I bought several Advanced Crew Quarters from Synphia in Uveto. The money's gone, but the number of maximum crew quarters doesn't increase. I've attached the save file in case it helps.

Synphia's store is supposedly fixed in next game update, whenever that happens. (right now it doesn't give you upgrade modules you paid for)

In the meantime, as a workaround you can probably enable unlimited crew capacity in game cheats.

Does the JS client have a cheat menu? I must've missed it, how do you activate it?

After loading your game click the marked area three times or so. You'll get confirmation popup cheat menu was enabled and is accessible from game options.
