I've had this happen, seemingly randomly, on and off throughout my play. That said, it's been a rare crash, but I've now had it happen three times in rapid succession while trying to get through the Black Void base with Kara; this is the first time it's crashed in the same place repeatedly. Not sure what's up, but I'm putting the error code below. As far as I can tell, it just suddenly can't find my games folder, which is titled "[A. games]". Lastly, when the game crashes like this, I have to close it completely and restart the game from the exe, as clicking 'reload game' does nothing.
Edit: I thought this might be a problem with having a period in the folder name, so I tried removing it and changing the folder name to simply [A Games], but the crash is still happening, repeatedly. I seem to be at risk of crashing every time I move from one space to the next, or even just from pushing 'next' after a dialogue. I can't seem to get through the Void base main level (where the tank is) because of it.
Edit the 2nd: I tried renaming the folder to simply 'A Games', thinking the brackets might be causing issues, but nope. The crash is still happening in the Void base, even with a plain text folder name. That said, the error code is different this time, so attaching that error code below as well.
