Started new game cheated added levels to character got to mengha tried to fight the zil when first meeting penny. Retried from autosave happened 2 times

I mean, generally you'll receive no help if you cheated, but in this specific case, the issue is penny is broken for everyone right now. You're gonna have to wait for a patch.

Yeah seems to be the trend that penny ain't proper right now.

This is due to the penny.short bug. Another coder has already fixed it for the next build.
