Game Crash When Dropping Items

Was on Zheng Shi, picked up the incomplete space suit, and was prompted to drop some things as I was out of inventory space. Chose to drop a dose of nepeta and a dose of soak. Upon dropping the items, game stopped working and I was given this error code or whatever
