This is from the flash versions, so I don't know if it is still a thing, but I get the impression that going full Galotian with Galomax (all 5 doses) makes you unable to be impregnated. I got this impression because I remember getting sex from the secretary on New Texas (the one with a canine penis) and even though it's supposed to be guaranteed to get you pregnant, I don't think it did. Various other npcs that can get Steele pregnant also seemed to not be able to 'take' so to speak. Is this intentional, or was it fixed with the jump in versions?

Being a galotian shouldn't interfere with your ability to get pregnant; however, most pregnancies are not guaranteed to occur (AFAIK, the only ones that are guaranteed are parasites (which ignore fertility) and Frosty/Nykke). Assuming you're not under some other sterility effect, you're probably just getting unlucky.
I recall after one patch one of my characters fertility was reset to what it had started as which was pretty low. Check your codex stats, you might need to buy a bunch of the fertility/virility pills.
