To answer your question though, it's "no".

Could probably be added, but why? It's already white on a darker color; are you having trouble reading it?

Hmmm you asking about night mode setting or just some different color as you not much like white on dark backgroud color scheme?

it's a pain to read especially on the longer scenes ( i mean you might as well have written it in high lighter, white font is really only useful on a black or dark grey background )
i mean just the option to choose your color preference would've be an appreciated ease of use feature

bottom of the page you can set the UI.X Style, AD Styler allows you to alter and customize colors to the UI layout even text color, and then of course there's the Colors Options.
