[Fixt] tongues

Tongues are being described as "heavily-pierced". Think it might be a misplaced parser(?) or cue or something for "long"

Fixed for next patch.

There was coding for having multiple tongue piercings, which TiTS doesn't truly support. I tweaked it so it'll just say "pierced" in the future, or "barbell-pierced" or similar depending on type.
