[Fixt] [PUBLIC#1371] Loopback when I try to go over to Kara in the Myrellion Bar

Reproduction steps are as follows:
Load the attached save, and proceed to the bar. When Kara flags you over, try to go over to her and watch, as time passes but you can't actually speak to her.

Found a workaround by accident. Opening and closing the pause menu allows the scene to proceed.
