[Fixt] No dicks allowed

New patch/version seems to make dicks break the examine self tab. This happens if you add a penis to a pre-existing female character or start with a male character.

I can second this. When you try to go into the appearance taps it crashes.

I can fourth this, I found that it is any sort of addition from regular TF's to if you just add one to your body if you are a Galotian. It only happens when you click under appearance, if you are already in the appearance menu of the Galotian make the body changes and then try to exit out of the adjust appearance tab specific to galotian and back to the main appearance menu, that is where the game crashes.
