On windows, happened in the previous patch and the current patch.

How to get this bug:
1) Recruit Kase
2) Wait for his broken arm to heal.
3) Open the sex menu on the ship.
4) Select option 5, the "get fucked" option, or option 1, "give oral". Only these options crash, all others seem to work without erroring.
