Weird bump, but how do you actually get the Exgartuan/Urta dildos? It says they're 'rare drops on Dhaal' but from who? I spent two hours grinding inside and outside the Gyre and got nothing but chill pills, chemist coats and credits.

Any npc encounter on Dhaal will drop them so farm the npcs that are easiest for your Steele to fight.
