[Fixt?] Core stats could use a lil Math.trunc

Probably don't need this much precision user facing, UI can't really handle it anyway. Oh course, also possible that the microscopic value being added here is an error.

They use those non integer stats for slow stat gain evets. Which raise the stat by less than 1

I believe the intention is to add 0.3 for a game, which makes sense. 0.000000000000001 will never be meaningful for gameplay.

There's a slight crinkle regarding stats...once you level up to 10 that screen doesn't show up anymore and stats become invisible.
