[Fixt] (Bug?) Tanis doesn't change name from "Scout" or offer bow training.

As title says, if you talk to him it will say Tanis at the top but sitting at the taxi station it just says "Scout" even after talking to him several times and even with a primitive bow equipped you can't get bow training from him, or at least I have found no combination that will get him to talk about it.
