Gemstone Links can be bought on Uveto
Light Harness is a rare drop during Halloween (you can toggle that event through cheats)
Jeweled Outfit can be gained on Uveto from the Korgii Hold after you defend them from the Siege
Revealing Armor can be bought on Myrellion in Gildenmere
