Fiding Nayna

I'm looking for Nayna but I can't find her anywhere on Uveto. Some help?

She's the icon just north-east of the Space Elevator on Uveto's surface. You have to press 'Q' to go up the stairs.

EDIT: To be fair the icon should'nt really be a NPC icon it should really be a stairs icon to cause less confusion.

I know its a bit old but i cant seem to be able to get to her, does it require a specific quest or is she bugged in the latest version?

nothing happens and if i press e to get to the selection menu for up or down up just brings me to the surface
