Was this changed in the js version? I remember there was an item that increased both virillity and fertility that was sold by lerris

also, was cum in general changed?

It's still there. Between Bubble Buddy and FrontRack Cream. It's a lot more awkward to use because you have to go back into the inventory for each dose, though.

I meant by that I thought cum was changed to the way how it works in coc 2
