I have encountered the problem above mentioned.
But i think there is also an other problem, that is if you wear it while having an Rut/Heat cycle (from piercings) and use for ex. while having 5 Feracity and use Succubus Milk with Mothersworth to enhance your Feracity it will reach 10 but my Fertility was 16.5 when it reached the previous 10 Feracity, than i tried again without having the 'Fertility Girdle' equiped and now it reached an 19.5, so i am assming the girdle is messing some calculations up not mentioning not adding the addional 10 Feracity to my already existing 10 for having an Rut/Heat cycle.
