Fenoxo Website Account Issue

Hello.
I made an account for the Fenoxo website however when I got the email for the link to make a password I got a message that the link expired. So I can't log in due to not having a password and when I try to reset the password I get the link expired message every time. Any ideas? Thanks.

My mail provider was the issue, since the Key was falsely sent with " , like : "Key[...]".
So it's resolved now
