Just a real quick question; Is there a dedicated tiger tf or is it only small cats and lion mods?

No dedicated tiger TF, but you can get stripes from Pickmentation. It's ambiguous whether they apply to fur.

Like Theron said there isn't a dedicated TF, but you can make what does exist work well enough.
