Fairy TF

This being my first post, I apologize if this is in the wrong area. This is an idea I would like to work on, but want to see if it's even plausible to begin with. With that out of the way:

My idea is a illegal Fairy or Fae transformation, ranging from 0.25 inches to 1 ft in height. Naturally, at such a small size, sentience would be an issue. I propose this is solved by way similar to how the Gray Goo first originated- The brain is scanned, and in essence the person is copied, prior to the transformation. This copy would then be uploaded to a wireless-capable computer, or even say, networked nanobots. Using this wireless capability, the body would be controlled through a wireless transmitter embedded in the brain of the person transformed. Hence, why such a transformation would be illegal- Your actual body would basically be a walking husk, controlled by the computer copy of yourself.

My question is, with this idea, where do I go from here? Does it violate anything, or can it even be used? Should I start working on a codex entry?

Thank you for your responses in advance.

Edit: I am aware of Sylvanol, but my main focus is on the size, less on what Steele looks like. I would make it just decrease, but I feel there is a lower cap at 3 ft for a reason, and I'm not sure what that reason is.

You don't need to do all that. Just make your TF decrease height. Height is rarely ever mentioned anyway. Usually only at the beginning of a scene, and just to compare your height to the NPC's.

While it doesn't really make you that small, ther already is a Fairy/Fae/Fey TF and it's called Sylvanol.

They seem to be going for the shrinking/real fairy tf fetish. I do remember something about 3ft being the limit, and smaller would require a bad end without it being a one off sex scene like what they got, no? Aside from Fen giving a "no space magic" rule, I'm not sure how this idea will work without a idea like what they have already.

This would just have to be as they've suggested so far, only its a scene, come to and leave as is. Where it doesn't care what the blob called Steele Jr is, or at least to a point if the two bodies have sex and they're willing to write variations. Its just a one off scene like a dream or the dong designer? Thats what I think at least... The big thing is it can't be permanent unless they're bound to the location, like how New Texas works, until Steele Jr reverts this change.

Well, to be fair, the OP did make that edit after I posted my reply.

I apologize. I wrongly thought it would make more sense to put those elaborations in my main post.

So then, this idea I have does not solve the minimum of 3 feet? Is there any specific reason why that is the minimum, other than say, 2 or 1 feet? If it has to be a one-off, I will not write it. However, the idea of it being a temporary transformation is rather appealing.

Massive scene rewrites to make sense of the now cute little, 1ft fairy PC, would make sense in combat as to how are you holding the pistol/rifle twice bigger then you, codex, melee, and executing attacks. Same deal with sex scenes, like where you lean down to suckle a tit when you'd have to look up to even see her tits, ect ect. 3ft last I knew was to keep things simple and explainable.
However, like I said, a scene of transfer 'might' work (Depends on Fenoxo acceptance), but it cannot leave the ship, or where ever you place this thing, without a variant causing such written and even then, Steele Jr must revert unless this is a Bad End. Basically the most I can think of is just using the device like a sex toy with invite scenes, but this is all depending on how you want to make it, or commission to others for.

As with all really fringe ideas, consider going for limited scope cluster of scenes, like the aforementioned elaborate sex toy rig, or dream sequences, or a VR adventure.

In all honesty, 3 ft characters already strain the suspension of disbelief in a lot of scenes, IMO, so exploring real micro-fetish on the game-wide scale will be too much.

Thank you, that makes sense. I like the idea of a sex toy, so I think that will be what it mainly is. The only issue I have is that it currently is living. So I would think a robot would work more effectively- For that reason, I ask, can hardlight technology replicate the feel of skin, fur, or scales?

It takes the shape, and stimulates the nerves of the user, possibly could even vibrate. I don't know if it could fully dish out texture so soft you'd think it was fur. @Nik_van_Rijn I'd think it could giving Anno made a cat dick and with such textures, those barbs would be spikes without such, no? Also, if you're planning to use it as a body, two things come to mind.
1- The light is usually stiff, I don't remember it having fluid movement. So I don't know if something like Athena guide of mass effect series could be replicated.
2- The light is a projectile, so if you're storing Steele somewhere, its not in the light. It'd just have the sensory input.

I was thinking of a 2-part machine- A base, hexagonal, about 6 inches in diameter and 2-3 inches tall, and an spherical omni-directional hard-light projector, about 0.1 inches in diameter. The base would connect to the user, probably through an IV, and based on the user's DNA (or as much as it can understand), the projector would make a mini clone of the user, using the hard-light to stay positioned roughly where the head is. The base would paralyze the user with some chemical, and hijack their sensory input and output, relaying it to the projector, so it's like they are the miniature copy of them. I was thinking the projector would be in the head so that it could act as the eyes, as well. I'm not sure if the projector would so much move the light as emulate it's motion by quickly turning it off and back on again in the new position.

This projector may need to be big, like 6ft wide so Steele Jr can be on it with the projection, but thats if this goes selfcest. As I don't think a hardlight projection can leave the lens projecting it. I know the size is adjustable, but I don't remember a scene with it even being remotely more flexible then a solid dildo, or anything like what you're after.

If it is possible, then what I could see is a chip stored inside the main device that received the processed user data (gotten from however you hook this up to Steele Jr) and has the required projections and camera, already on said chip, to emit the user shape provided, or the shape desired, while receiving audio/video/touch feedback. All while the chip stays snug and safe inside the hardlight body it emits. With the chip safe and fully mobile, this could perform a number of micro fetishes. From watching everything become larger as cloths fall off. To being used as a hardlight toy by Anno/lover. Watching or making yourself cum with this tiny body. Or even using your main body for hyper insertions/inflations/self insertions, and so forth. Once the user is done, they can mutter whatever safe word to return to normal, and place the chip back to be recharged, overwritten, and/or whatever.

This should have a flexible body thanks to the adjustable projectors the chip controls via your pleasure addled thoughts that the main device receives and transmits wirelessly(?) and provide everything for a full experience with the camera and pleasure feedback fed to the main body. That is my hope at least. The things a dom could do with this to a subby PC and vice versa... *shivers*

Judging from the story bible, I think, given that A, the Hologram section states: "If the holo video in question does not support hardlight encoding, the holograms will all feel rock-solid with no variance in texture." and B, according to the Hardlight Projector section, Hardlight is used in holodecks, I think that a body made out of it isn't too far fetched. This being said, I would prefer it possible if the chip or sphere, whichever it is, is able to be a considerable distance from the main body, with no discernible maximum range. Hence the projectors being in the chip as opposed to the base- Otherwise, the chip would have to be on top of the base for it to function. It would still be possible because the hardlight is connected to the chip, sort of like a wire-frame. I was also considering, that you must be within a certain distance of your actual body for the safe-word to work. A couple questions: So, when I do write scenes for this device, am I allowed to use any character currently in the game? I was thinking it would be discovered on Tarkus, randomly, from the salvage event, and broken. And you would have to either deliver it to Anno or to Shekka for it to be fixed. Also, for it to be accepted, do I write just the Codex, to see if it will be accepted in the first place, or try to make it as complete as possible prior to submission?

Yeah, kinda what I was thinking, a small chip with a number of projectors coating it and a camera on it. Battery power enough maybe 24 hours? I dunno, just a thought, you do as you desire.

If others become involved, one requests permission from the authors or Fenoxo... I think. Would aim small with this, getting the device itself into the game before major involvement with others. Sending a Email, or going on the discord channel to poke with the @ call out, asking Fenoxo if this thing is possible might be a good idea just so you don't waste effort. As for the Codex entry, I think that is optional(?) but I'm not entirely sure, though it'll help to have one if this thing is still illegal. Would suck if they didn't know and for whatever reason our ship got searched, boom, oh you didn't know it was illegal random player(?), whoops! Gotta make sure the risk of this thing is bolded out, not many like negative surprises.
