I have no idea where the EXE saves its save files and I would like to find that please and thank you.

You have to create saves in-game under "Data->Save to file" (it's on the right side of the screen), you pick for yourself where the saves get stored.

That's the Save To File option where you create individual saves in a location of your choosing, not where the game saves files using the fifty slots you're given internally. Those are stored in the User folder of the computer, with the chain User/[NAME]/AppData/Roaming/coc2electron/GPUCache and then the 'data' files in there seem to be the ones containing save data in a blob rather than in individual files.
