And I might be mistaken, but I think you already can fool some characters like that (by playing as a pure male, but changing the gender settings to "female") - like Geoff or Lieve.

The game is full of things like that and very little if anything is done to label or telegraph any of it. A porn game is just the sort of place where people can play around with fantasies, stereotypes, and scenarios that shouldn't be encouraged or acted out in real life.

When you get into thinking how ethical porn material should be you've lost sight of what it is in the first place.
