Everybody, I need help.
I have a lot of questions about nastizia's mission, and according to the Wikipedia section, I have reached her three preconditions and I have arrived Zheng shi, I have a lot more than 10000 credits, I created a male character, I also confirmed that my role is not sterile.
But here I am Anon’s Bar and Board on Tavros, I still can't trigger her task chain, I hope someone can tell me what to do.

Simplest question first: are you on the public patch or the backers-only one?
Also, have you just "arrived" at Zheng Shi or have you completed it (that is, stolen the Sidewinder and got the coordinates for Dhaal)?

I'm a public version, and besides, I've actually completed every task on Zheng shi. I've been there, looked up the wiki, and I think I've done almost everything

There's your problem. It was released in the latest backer's patch, so it's backers only until the next public patch comes out.
