i have been playing coc2 for a while and would like to know how to unlock evalyn's draconic form. i find bits and pieces here and there on wikipedia but the information turns out to be less helpful than i hoped for. please advise how to go about this

It's laid out in the wiki. Do the appropriate conversation scene, then advance Teatime for Dragons until you're able to choose Evelyn to pull the spear.
