Not directly, but they affect how she reacts in certain situations. For instance, her 'Harrick' talk option is a good measure of her confidence; the more confident she is, the more Harrick likes you.
You can view the stats of party members through the journal just like you can your own. Confidence level isn't part of that, though.
You can save to file and crack it open with a text editor if you want to see her Confidence figure directly, but for most intents and purposes you can just use her dialogue to figure out where you are. In addition to how Harrick reacts to the Champ, her appearance in the Guest tab at the Frost Hound is a very good indicator: If Ryn is visibly uncomfortable she has sub-25 Confidence, if she's trying to avoid attention she's 25-74 and if she's comfortable she's 75 or higher.
I was curious about this as well because I can't get access to the Jael'yn and Ryn threesome. The wiki seems to say that Ryn's libido needs to be high enough, but I've let her stew for days before going to Jael'yn, and Ryn still won't do it.

Libido is a stat affected by activities the player character takes, and is not affected by how long it's been since you helped Etheryn. You can check Etheryn's Libido in her character page in the Journal, and the wiki has the information on how to raise her Libido.
