So I had thought I screwed up an interaction or something but upon starting a new Java game it stayed just after the first unlock. Can't seem to trigger walkies or anything else. Opened Dee, relationships and Huskers but no matter how many times I go through public pets, pets, good girl or bad girl the next stage won't unlock. Is there a secret trigger not in the wiki like exhibition level being something high? Had it triggered two versions ago, but newer games does seem to trigger with her right.

To further advance Erra's content you have to access the her 'Walkies' sex scene in which you need an exhibitionism level of at least 33 (after which the 'You' talk becomes selectable, if my memory is correct).
You can increase exhibitionism easily by just spamming Erra's Public pet (increases by 1 each time) until you can access the scene.
This worked for me, at least.
