Erra and syri

Ok, does she show up in one of the spots in the bar? Or does it proc as soon as you enter the bar?
I get that, but for Erra to appear in the bar, does she show up in a slot, or as you walk into the bar?
In the random visitor slot that can be taken by Kiro,Kimber,Anno,Verusha (on Tarkus) etc.
Also, after the first time, she starts to show up more regularly right?

Are you sure you haven't rejected Erra, thus breaking her heart and removing her from the game? If not:
Saving and reloading will refresh the bar encounters, so keep doing that until you get Erra; since you only have to look on Mhen'ga or Uveto (whichever one Syri's at), she should be the most common encounter. Though if it's Christmas time, the usual random encounters (including Erra) won't be available on Uveto since they'll be overridden by a seasonal character.

Turn Christmas events to off/auto. One of the holiday NPCs occupies the same slot.
