Equipping Teammates

Can you give your teammates any of the equipment you get? I've gotten several really good unique items that my character doesn't use (being a white mage) but that they could, is there a way for me to swap out their armor and weapons?

Companions have "sets" with pre-built items, powers, and perks. Currently only Kiyoko has more than one available.
