You have to do all her talk options to spend time. After this you can tip her so she lets you see her transition. Tipping her before getting to know her means she just does it on her own, as youre essentially just a very generous and handsome stranger to her.
I did all the speech options but it didn't work. In the end I save scummed and got it to work. You wouldn't happen to have any idea on how to adcance with Erra would you?
After sexing Erra a few times, new dialogue options will open with her, after completing these, there will be a new option in her menu, and 2 new options in her sex menu. After doing her "walkies" you'll be able to talk to her with a new option, which will unlock her last sex option, and the ability to buy her a collar from Inessa.

You need to become her lover as a result of choosing "Kiss Her" during first Spend Time scene before you give the monkey waifu enough tips for the first transition.
