its a flash game that has 3 games already, the third part is in beta though

Is a Flash thing, the makers are still working on it. The game started with an interesting premise and quickly bloated to a much grander project than originally intended. Although with enough support that updates have been pretty consistent and the game(s) look likely to be completed.
