Unless they've changed it since the last time I looked, all NSFW products are hidden from Patreon's search function, which means the only way to get people to the page is via direct links. If you are a new creator (like myself), all you can really do is keeping working while pimping your game across the various h-forums and hope that you eventually get some exposure from someone / somewhere with a bit more clout. There's a lot of luck involved unless you already have a built in following, as you say.

A better Patreon category, tag and search system with the ability to rank by popularity, number of updates and some other options would be nice.

Even if they made the adult stuff a tickbox in your profile.

Sorry if spam too much, but I really liked your description.
On a personal note: Maybe I am weird between weirdos, but I find a hard time to find a game which satisfies me...

I've yet to find anything that ticks all my boxes either but that's because while I'm always into certain things, sometimes I'll rediscover something or what I prioritise as the most important will change based on mood. Sometimes I want something where the PC is in control and sometimes I want something where he isn't, sometimes I want to explore X kink/fetish and sometimes I want to explore Y kink/fetish.

Then again I've yet to find a book, TV showroom or non-sexual game that ticks all boxes for what I'd like to see either.

Literally everyone who makes porn games is dying. It's either a curse or people are too embarrassed to say they haven't been working on it.

I'd be fine with that, sometimes you just want to be a lazy bastard, sometimes you want to take a break or sometimes you get really into something else.

It's just some of the examples I can think of were beyond the joke with the lack of updates and money they were pulling in.

Some new blood has shown up and the list at ULMF has been vastly expanded. I think by nearly double.

I'll have to do a new graph for next month.

Seriously where has Fek been hiding?
