Early Inhuman Desire order question

Alright, looking over the wiki and various posts over the forum, I know you want to put off the Treatment and Kiro's quest as far as the order you get Inhuman Desire is concerned if you want to max it out, but the order/options before is a bit confusing in knowing what to get first. As my newest build is about to leave Mhen'ga and head to Tarkus where most of these Inhuman Desire perks are available, figured now is the time to ask for some clarity. So:
Dr. Badger's "Go Hero" transformation
Dumbfuck pill
Dollmaker
Mitzi

Which ones stack, which don't, and what's the highest Inhuman Desire max lust rating you can get before Treatment/Kiro Quest? I'm thinking you can only get it twice for a max of 30 from all those sources, but it's just not really clear. Thanks for the help!

Dollmaker and Dr. Badger will only give Inhuman Desire if you don't already have it. Doll Maker can give all the same Perks Dr. Badger's 'Be Hero' does, but you can avoid Easy.
Mitzi and Dumbfuck only go up to 30.

I believe the highest you can have pre-Treatment & VR Adventure is 30. However, Mitzi & Dumbfuck also give Easy. I don't know if 15 extra Maximum Lust is worth 20% Tease damage in combat.
Also, the VR Adventure will increase existing Amazonian Needs by 20, for a Minimum Lust of 40. Treatment (Amazon) does not, so if you want Amazon, it's better to do it last.
It doesn't stack with Treated Readiness, so Treated Cows still only have a Minimum Lust of 33.

So Dollmaker and Dr. Badger can only bring me to +15 max lust if I don't already have it. To get to 30 I have to do either Mitzi or Dumbfuck, but it comes with Easy which will have me take 20% more lust damage from combat sources. Meanwhile Inhuman Desire from Treatment and VR Adventure stack with everything, but would-be Treated Amazons should do VR Adventure first or wind up with a minimum lust of 40. I got all that correct?

I typically go Cum-Cow to get Dumb4Cum. Not so much for the intelligence gains, I found the game easy enough without it before, but because I like having the option to see both the bimbo and non-bimbo versions of scenes (also helps to bypass some low int bad ends when I just want a simple transformation, like getting latex skin without blowing bubbles...). So Amazonian Needs shouldn't be a problem, but definitely good info to have, thank you.

There's a Halloween event with crew!Kiro, and at the end she gives you an accessory that makes Steele a bimbo while it's equipped (might be exclusive to normal Kiro). That's a much more easily-controlled way of switching between bimbo and non-bimbo than Dumb4Cum, though it lacks the Intelligence modifiers.

It's also much later game - haven't played it yet, but from the wiki that's a very high level dungeon to get crew Kiro. I'd probably want to at least have much of Myrellion done before progressing with that.

Oh, I just thought of another thing - I'm definitely getting treated, so unless I go amazon or faux-cow, ditz or bro speech is guaranteed anyways, so that accessory isn't that useful in getting to see both the ditz and non-ditz scenes for many treated characters. Although it would make it easier to go back to ditz with Dumb4Cum if I don't wanna wait a couple of days avoiding BJ scenes to get back to ditz for a scene.

Doll Maker IQ B-Gone (Small Dose) will remove Ditz Speech when it wears off, even if you already had it (from the Treatment or IQ B-Gone Big Dose, for example). Might be a bug, and is definitely awkward to use, but I thought it worth mentioning.
