After seeing the bunch of dreams and that kasyrra dream i wanted to do something similar, the player is walking around the forest and then they see something strange, they pursue it and then wake up back at the tavern, with the item near them. more details on the doc.

update 1: i added a couple more words and changed the event to be an unique dream, i will be messing a bit more with the parser, suggestions and feedback are appreciated since this is my first project.

update 2: given the fact that the dream is caused by a creature i added the wisp codex entry. Might work on an enemy encounter down the road.

I am not the best at reviewing docs but, so far this looks good. The idea is solid.
So what would i double check before submitting? Well grammar and parsers. I would also suggest going on the discord, the writers are always happy to give feedback.

What the dream event needs touching up on is mostly punctuation, spelling, and if the writing is good enough.

Update 3: writing on codex entry has been put on hold until the codex on the game is implemented. turned the encounter into a dream and tidied up the parser. a couple more finishing touches over the next few days and it will be ready for submitting.

I did a little bit of looking at this and I'll give you a small warning that it needs more work. Do not take after me and try submitting things just because you think it might be done -- thoroughly go through this work. There's a lot of errors and small issues I spotted throughout the first segment alone. Savin might disagree with me here but in its current state, I think you need to break it down and take more time on this.
