Major question because I have been stuck on this for hours, but what drink can I bring to Eitan that he will like? It seems that all the alcohol I can get from bars is instantly consumed, and I don't know of any items that works with what he wants.

No, the Honey Wine, it's an item you can buy in Gildenmere on Myrellion. You just buy it and give it to Eitan.
