Drifa or Cait: Who'd you give the Rimescore to? Would it have any affect gameplay wise?

I gave it to Cait in my main playthrough, and the last line regarding her breath having a misty attribute got me curious.

Edit: My bad I was thinking the Rimebound Grimoire, while Rimescore is the new item from the Knot Cave. Whoops!
