Dragon TF Questions

Got a question about it. If you have a character that hasn't gotten to Dracia Keep and used the Save Editor to get the Dragon TF and used it, does it breaks anything since you can only get it normally by progressing in the story instead of buying it from a shop? Especially since some NPCs have first time reactions to the TFs.
