Draconic transformation

Digging through the wiki, I was wondering if there are any draconic transformation options aside from wings? I'd love to be able to make my character a full dragon or dragonborn-esque creature.

Full-dragon is impossible because there's a hard NO on any transformations away from bipedal. However, there will be a dragon TF eventually so you'll be able to make a dragonmorph at least.

Dragon related things are later in the game, and a dragon tfs will likely also have to wait till then.
