Dr Lessau giving no option for Hellhound Syri

I'm not sure what the problem is, this save is before talking to Syri about hellhound but after talking to her about it and going to lessau theres no option for it

Syri has already gone through the procedure. It's a one-time thing.
You can reset it with the following Console commands (open with F12)

flags["SYRI_GENEFIX"] = undefined
flags["SYRI_PREMOD"] = 2

Then go to Dr. Lessau.
