Dove Balm wings serve as clothing

After drinking dove balm, the character description says that your wings are big enough to act as a cloak or ceremonial robe. Would it be possible to wear them as clothing so the character could walk around completely naked and only be covered with his/her wings?

Isn't the point of being nude in the open to be watched? If you trick people into thinking you're wearing clothes that takes some of the fun out of it doesn't it?

Yeah, but you still need to deal with that whole 'public indecency' thing though...

The point is that with psionics you could basically censor yourself in the perspective of bystanders. Cameras might be able to catch the fact you are naked but people in a crowd could find themselves unable to focus on the fact that you are naked. There is still the subversive appeal of walking around exposed in front of all those people without their awareness. Sort of like wearing a buttplug or vibrator in public.

I would love for a scene involving psionics and exhibitionism score. Basically being able to fap in the middle of a crowd without anyone noticing unless you lose your focus. Couple of variations in there that I could see.
