Does TiTS have an Unburden perk?

In CoC2 you can talk to Lady Evergreen and get the Unburden which lets you move regardless of size (and I think prevent stat hits?).

Does TiTS have something equivalent to prevent being locked in place or taking the Reflex hit from pregnancy?

Anti-Grav lower undergarments and the Hoverboard prevent Immobilization from oversized testicles.
