Does the Reserved perk do anything now that Resolve was removed?

If it does, how do lust attacks work and how does the Reserved perk fit into it?

Also, how does Libido work with the new system?

Reserved affects Libido, not Resolve. It still does exactly the same thing it's done from the start which is to lower your starting Libido and reduce its gain.

Libido affects your resistance to/effectiveness with lust attacks depending on your score. It used to also affect the chance of successfully using Sense but that was later changed to be always-effective.
