Does the public version have a level cap?

Playing V0.2.20 hit 4th level don't earn xps from encounters and have slept several times afterwards. Thought it was like TITs required new version to continue leveling. Downloaded 0.2.24 - still frozen at 4th lvl - 10000 xp though Beryn is racking up the points . . .

So is it a glitch a cap against non-supporters, or do I just need to find bigger monsters? I have cleared out Fort Morrock . . .

The level cap is currently 4 for everyone. Level 5 will be added soon-ish.

whats this about tits needing a different version? far as i know, public is only behind backer for content, not blocked from it for coc2 and tits, so where did you even get that idea?
