Does anyone take the Treatment after recruiting Reaha? Are there comments made about it?

She does make a derisive remark during her talk scene about it if you're a Treated bimbo, but that's it, at least for her pre-Reforged content.
As for who takes the Treatment after recruiting her... I do, and RP that it's actually accidentally her fault. I know it's not possible in-game, but it goes like this: my Steele, Isabel, is studying a Treatment medi-pen, trying to figure out its chemical makeup and/or microsurgeon programming. Then Reaha, who isn't cured yet and thus kinda needy, jumps her, and in the resulting shock/jump-scare/fumbling around, the medipen accidentally discharges into Isabel's arm. Needless to say, the cow-girl got a serious talking-to right after.
