Unlike all other ship installables, the Buttslutinator and Orgasmender don't appear in the item list in the cheat menu and the only method of obtaining them in normal gameplay is in the bimbo ending of Kiro's quest.
Fixed Doctor Po's Ship Installations aren't available in Cheat Menu 0.9.156

Issue is marked as fixed.
Those two installations don't appear on the Item Cheat because they aren't actual inventory items. When you buy them from Po, they are flagged as installed on the ship, so the item isn't required for being carried around.
I've made edits to the "Sexdoll Encounter" cheat and replaced it with an "Illustria Po Menu" that the player can go through and toggle different results from the questline (including access to Po's options, Bimbo-Kiro not necessarily required), start/restart the quest, or jump right into the dungeon (as the original cheat did). These edits should hopefully appear for the next release.
