Do the things you get for fucking imps during character creation remain?

You can go into debug and just keep clicking Items to get it, but I don't think there's a way to get it in-game just yet.
Oh, there is. You just have to find someone who's been possessed by a demon. Maybe a scholar of sufficient level could find one...

The imp TFs remain, the demon TFs do not. There's currently no legit way to get Infernium.
Probably not at present. The game's been on hiatus for years, and a lot of the people who wrote content for FoE have moved on. It takes time to re-build momentum for a project, and focus is currently elsewhere.
