Divine Pussy Quest: Where is Barnaphous?

Pretty much what the title is. I've looked at all the obvious places, as well as the place I remember him last (top left corner of Harvest Valley) and Can't find him. I've completed Cat Call.

He doesn't have his own option; in order to speak with him, you have to first talk to Cait, then pick the "Barney" option
